Light Graffiti

One of the things to do on my 'Summer 2012' was to learn how to do light graffiti and then take some pictures of it. Light graffiti is when you go into a dark room with a camera and a flashlight, and then you set the cameras shutter speed realllly slow and then draw with the light.  I started that on Sunday night with Jack. We went in my room and hung a sheet over the bunk bed so the background would be solid. Then we got some flashlights and started drawing! We set the shutter speed really slow and then put it on one of my shelves. Here are some of my favorites:

Jumble of light made by me.
Scribbling with reckless abandon :] Done by me.
Jacks name done by ( obviously ) Jack.
Not quite sure what I wanted to do with this one, but it turned out cool! :] Done by me.
Pac-man eating dots, done by Jack.
 Love, done by me.
And of course, I just had to make a turtle! :] Done by me.
Ciao for now!
:]

  1. What a fun way to journal your way through the summer! I love your light art - the one of all the vertical lines is my fave. We can't wait to see you guys later this month... Clara is so big you'll hardly recognize her!
